1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Dndinnativalleyental handles information when you use this website’s local planning tools or deliberately prepare and send an email. The site is an independent educational publisher and does not connect to toll, rental, payment, vehicle, or identity systems.
2. Local plan data
When you select “Save” or add a log entry, the browser may store the information on that device using localStorage. Depending on the tools you use, this can include:
- broad rental type, dates, approximate times, region, purpose, vehicle category, and a safe nickname;
- agreement-review responses, intended toll method, mounting checklist, and return confirmations;
- trip-log facility names, approximate date/time, direction, purpose, and review status;
- post-return categories, approximate dates, optional amounts, and non-sensitive notes;
- a locally prepared charge-question worksheet.
This locally saved information is not transmitted to Dndinnativalleyental by the static site. It remains until you use a “Clear Local Plan” control, clear site data in your browser, use a browser mode that removes it automatically, or the browser removes it under its own storage policies.
3. Location-related notes
We do not request GPS coordinates, continuous location access, or background tracking. A facility name, approximate date/time, direction, and note can still describe travel. Those entries remain in your browser unless you deliberately copy them into an email or another service.
4. Information we ask you not to provide
Do not enter or email toll account numbers, tag numbers, complete license plates, rental agreement or reservation numbers, toll bill or notice numbers, VINs, passwords, card or bank details, statement copies, identity documents, or other sensitive identifiers. The site provides no file-upload field.
5. Email contact
The question forms create a mailto: draft addressed to [email protected]. Nothing is sent until you review the message and choose to send it through your own email provider. If you send it, the email may contain the name, reply address, broad rental category, question category, and general message you approved.
Contact emails are retained only as long as reasonably needed to answer and maintain the correspondence, subject to the controls and retention behavior of the mailbox provider. To request deletion of a message, email the same address with enough non-sensitive context to identify the correspondence.
6. Cookies, analytics, and third parties
The site does not load advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, social trackers, remote fonts, chat widgets, or third-party form processors. It does not use cookies for advertising. A small browser-storage flag may remember that you dismissed the local-data notice.
